An hour of gentle yoga meant to bring expansion to your whole body. We'll give space to breathe, hold, & feel. After all, yoga is about how it feels in the body, not how it looks. We will hold poses longer to allow each pose to progress within us & work our mindfulness "muscles", too. We'll build individual stamina & strength together in a supportive environment. Each class will include an intentional warm-up & cool down, & always end in constructive rest.
