Rise and find your shine! Warm it up & hit that flow as we move & breathe in a supportive vinyasa class together. Then we'll cool it down & find ease to end our practice & start the day renewed & refreshed.
There is room at the table for everyone! Roll out your mat (or borrow one from me) & build from within a yoga practice that supports you. In this Wednesday AM offering, practitioners will find a class built around foundational poses connected with breath & intention. Look for repetition to allow for individuals to build confidence, strength, & the opportunity to progress at your own pace within your practice. Props will often be utilized to explore new depth & sensations within a pose -- building more body & self awareness within the holistic practice of yoga.
This will be a slow paced vinyasa flow class where we will be moving -- & breathing -- & giving our bodies what they need. You will be moving with comforting intention, connecting to the breath, focusing the mind, & setting yourself up to let things go & flow into the weekend. We will utilize props to support body awareness & growth in self awareness as individual strength is prioritized.
An hour of gentle yoga meant to bring expansion to your whole body. We'll give space to breathe, hold, & feel. After all, yoga is about how it feels in the body, not how it looks. We will hold poses longer to allow each pose to progress within us & work our mindfulness "muscles", too. We'll build individual stamina & strength together in a supportive environment. Each class will include an intentional warm-up & cool down, & always end in constructive rest.
Come out & drop-in for a fresh way to feel good for happy hour at the end of your week. Each class will be a bit of a surprise.... playlist themed classes, relaxation based, partner poses & lots more possibilities. It'll be good - I promise! Participate in a little bit of play & exploration in a fun & safe space. Reset & refresh for the weekend with good, good self care.
Public yoga class offered by Patrick Heath Public Library. Meets at 6 PM in the Community Room on the 1st Friday of every month --- some exceptions to this date do apply.
In this 90 minute offering practices of stretching, meditation, & mindfulness will be utilized to support range of motion within our bodies, cognitive function, mental health, & more. Props & smart sequencing will be used to create effective & therapeutic classes that will empower the practitioner individually. Join this class to experience applications that support wellbeing & balance in mind, body, & spirit that can carryover into your everyday living. Finding space & becoming okay with being still.
Pop-in for a 30 minute session of a juicy Movement Snack. Mobility & myofascial release will be our priority. Great class for intentional recovery & attention to functional mobility. Feel free to stack with an hour long yoga session before or after on the schedule. These shorter offerings will always complement the yoga classes.
These 30 minute classes will give intentional attention to some of those forgotten parts of our bodies: feet, ankles, hands, neck & more. We will use lots of tools & yoga moves to bring connection to our whole selves. Stack these shorter classes before or after longer class offerings. These intention behind these classes are to enhance your mobility & your yoga practice. Add that extra sauce to your wellness schedule - you are totes worth it!
30 minutes of mindfulness practice to take care of your brain health. Specific attention to the nervous system will be given in these shorter class offerings -- giving you the tools to show up in your world as your best self. We will use mindfulness practices, breath practices, & other supportive tools to allow for holistic (whole body) care. These shorter offerings stack nicely with our longer & more physical offerings.
