Pop-in for a 30 minute session of a juicy Movement Snack. Mobility & myofascial release will be our priority. Great class for intentional recovery & attention to functional mobility. Feel free to stack with an hour long yoga session before or after on the schedule. These shorter offerings will always complement the yoga classes.
