There is room at the table for everyone! Roll out your mat (or borrow one from me) & build from within a yoga practice that supports you. In this Wednesday AM offering, practitioners will find a class built around foundational poses connected with breath & intention. Look for repetition to allow for individuals to build confidence, strength, & the opportunity to progress at your own pace within your practice. Props will often be utilized to explore new depth & sensations within a pose -- building more body & self awareness within the holistic practice of yoga.
